・Universal Accessibility We will provide a barrier-free environment both inside and outside the venue to accommodate wheelchair users and those requiring mobility assistance.
・Multilingual and Diverse Communication Support Interpretation in Japanese and English, sign language interpretation, real-time captioning, audio guides, Braille materials, and other communication aids will be available as needed.
・Medical and Personal Assistance Support Emergency medical support will be available. For those requiring personal assistance, support staff can be arranged in advance upon request.
・Safe and Secure Event Management We will maintain strict hygiene protocols, including ventilation, hand sanitizers, and optional mask distribution. An evacuation system will also be in place in the event of a disaster.
・Promoting Mental Inclusivity We are committed to creating an inclusive and respectful environment where everyone feels welcome. Our staff will strive to provide thoughtful and considerate support throughout the event.
